- 1 small finely chopped shallot
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup raisins/golden raisins
- 1 pinch salt
- Goat cheese
Warm the oil in a small skillet over medium heat and add the shallot and cook until soft, about 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and cook to desired consistency. Pour over the goat cheese. Serve with hearty crackers.
