Loneliness And Grace With Rev. Alicia R. Forde
“…each pond with its blazing lilies
is a prayer heard and answered lavishly every morning
whether or not you have ever dared to be happy,
whether or not you have ever dared to pray.”
— excerpt from “Morning Poem” by Mary Oliver
“Loneliness and Grace” is the topic of The Rev. Alicia Roxanne Forde’s Exploration for the Castle Rock Unitarian Universalist Community’s Discussion and Potluck Sunday, March 15, 2015, beginning promptly at 4:00 p.m. at the Bethesda Lutheran Community Center, 680 Atchison Way in Castle Rock.
While officially the Professional Development Director, Ministries and Faith Development for the UUA, we are privileged to have Alicia occasionally provide an exploration as a lead-in to our discussions. You may remember Alicia’s insightful, poetic and meditative explorations from last year.
As always, we will finish up with a pot luck and social hour, so please bring food and/or drink to share.
We hope you’ll join us! To R.S.V.P., simply email Gary Wyngarden.
